Mario Huser is renting his properties to absolutely anyone. At his property on 316 Kambach St., he has rented the bottom apartment to a crack head and her perverted sex addicted alcoholic boyfriend. The two, fight at all hours of the day and night, breaking glass, swearing and who knows what else. The police have been called for domestic disturbances on numerous occasions and attempts to reach Mario Huser has not worked. He has not returned any calls to try to resolve this situation. He continues to ignore this situation. If Mario Huser and his company had any pride in what they do they would evict this tenant. It is the responsibility of the landlord to make sure their tenants are proper. They come into neighborhoods and purchase property and they do not care who they rent to. Beware. If you live in a neighborhood with a house owned and operated by Mario Huser, Good Luck.
