Very bad experience with Maria ! Definitely, NOT recommended.

Maria is very rude and the dialogue with her is very difficult, especially when you need to have something fixed in the house. They will make you pay for everything. Also, they start the heating in the winter very late, and they keep the temperature low, all the time. You will need for sure an electric heater to make the temp inside bearable during the winter (this will add a lot to your electricity bill). Like somebody else said, they cut the hot water during the summer. Seriously, for the price, you can find for sure a much, much better place to live in.

She is mean and rude. The heat is very very low so it's freezing in the winter.

She is only polite to you only when she wants to get into your apt. to show it to the prospect tenants. In the beginning of the summer, there were about 1 week that has no HOT water. I guess she and her husband assumed that we do not take hot shower during the summer. I had to boil the water on the stove and then mixed it with cold water in order to take a shower.
