Marc Anthony Management was an exceptional company to have as landlords. I would highly recommend them. While they seem to be predominantly a construction company, they were very responsive to their tenants whenever we needed something and very patient and fair towards myself and my roommates. They showed much more patience that I would have when one of my roommates was very behind on rent, responded very quickly (same day often) to any sort of repairs that we requested, and everyone I dealt with from their company was friendly and professional. Hands off unless you call for them, the way landlords should be.
