Lori Moran/East Side Associates purchased the property 1/2 through the terms of my lease. She/They immediately started making improvements to the entire building (adding new carpet and paint and making improvements to the empty apartments). Lori is great with responding to email and always very friendly. My only complaint is that the tenants don't have access to the heating/thermostat and sometimes she is a little slow to adjust the temperature (i.e., it was the middle of summer and the heat was still turned on).
