She is also a sales person. She uses words to sweet talk you at first. One year as her renter before - started off good, went down hill pretty much when she found out that we were moving out. Maintenance is relatively fast because she "knows people" and wants her property to be high priced constantly and "good." Friendly at first, but not so much (very pushy) when things didn't go her way. Uses excused like "we pay mortgage and taxes" etc. to make you emotional (but after awhile it's obvious to be just one of her tricks). She infers too much from what renters say. Relatively nice for rent deadline (sometimes fall on weekend and next week is okay or she'll pick it up). But picky about rent - especially when not a family. Not good landlord for students.
