Very poor. Mostly, the problem was that the management was insane. The man who showed us the apartment we rented wound up signing us to a lower rent than the unit rented for, which irritated management no end when they found out. The unit we had was all utilities included, but if you want to use a/c, you need to pay extra, and buy a special type of a/c unit to boot. In general the nastiness and discourtesy of the management made it an unpleasant stay. Go elsewhere.

I have recently moved into one of Laurel Properties' buildings and I must say I was quite impressed. The rent is reasonably priced, especially when you consider their great quality of service. Upon moving in; the apartment was cleaned, repairs were made, and the walls had fresh paint. We have had one maintenance call since we moved in, we asked for a larger ampage on the break, and it was fixed the very next day. They also give you notice when they have been in the apartment to make a repair. I am overly pleased with their customer service and the quality of living space they provide.
