The staff at L&N were friendly and accessible whenever we needed them. Any problems were fixed promptly, and they were kind enough to negotiate with us on some of their lease requirements. The only complaint I have is that their rent is high compared with similar Sq Hill properties . . . I'm currently living in a house with a nearly identical layout for $400 less a month than I was paying through L&N.

The house was clean when I got there and fast with repairs. Also, they worked with me if I had trouble with my payments.
