When repairs need to be done, you don't even get to talk to the landlords but a liaison to them. And when you do call them, they don't even answer your phone calls. They don't get back to you in a timely manner, and only really pay attention to you when you take drastic measures. The house is falling apart around us, and they don't seem to care as long as they get rent, which is extremely high for the condition of the house and nothing is included; not even sewage.
