This guy is a real dirtbag. I didn't have hot water for two weeks, the apartment was in piss-poor condition. He was rude, unaccessible. NEVER rent from this guy.

The apartment should have been condemned! The floor had slightly falling about 2 inches from the wall, however that is possible? The refridgerator was so terrible that we bought our own for $50.00 and carried it three floors to our apartment. We had roaches everywhere, which they did call an exterminator for once. The laminate floor tiles were always coming unglued and nothing was ever done about it. The landlord came over consistantly without calling to show off the apartment when we were moving. I had friends that lived on the bottom apartment floor of which their bathroom toilet actually fell through the floor and the cieling tiles were falling down because of problems with water from the apartment above. We must have been crazy to stay there for a year. If you do rent, beware and do NOT pay with cash ever. The landlords father was extremely rude and was always yelling in the hallway. Weird stuff. You just cant believe how disgusting this place was!

One of the worst ever people you could ever imagine Extremely rude to women. When I first moved in (which was a week after my lease started so he could have time to clean) the floor was covered in trash and there was literally a room full of furniture (beds, desks, etc.) that was trash and not ours. When I called him he yelled at me telling me i exaggerated making him belive there were boogers on the walls because I said the place was disgusting. There is a bug problem. He yells everytime you talk to him. Complains about having to fix anything becuase he "doesn't have the money" for it. Do not rent from him ever.
