100% con artist! He'll seemed like the most caring, understanding landlord but he's a cheat! The apartment had a washer n dryer, huge kitchen and good sized rooms so it seemed like a good deal us. The apartment had a huge hole on the roof that always leaked when it rained and which he had promised to fix in the summer but that never happened. In winter the place was always freezing,we kept the heat at 60 and got a $400 gas bill! So the following month we left the heat 50 with space heaters and the gas was $400+. Only to find out by pushing the ceiling panels that the second floor, kitchen and living room had no insulation whatsoever. The previous tenant that lived there before us left because of the same problem and because he never fixed anything.
