Rented from them ... maintenence a little slow, but, got the job done

I don't know where to start with these people. Very friendly when you are signing your lease and willing to tell you anything to get you in there, but once you are, you are pretty much stuck. My car has been towed twice since I've moved in, even though I was told I could park in the parking lot which has seven spots, yet only 3 cars park there, but somehow there are no more permits. Maintenance is EXCRUCIATINGLY slow, it took them 2.5 months to fix a gas leak on my stove (and it's still broken) and 2 months to light my freaking pilot light...yes I didn't shower for 2 months. There is a gaping hole in my bathroom that my cat almost fell in and mold growing on my ceiling from leaking pipes. Sound like a good place, by all means move in.

The only reason I gave these people 1's is because there are no 0's available. Helen is very nice when you meet her, but from the time you sign the lease, she disappears. I once called twice a day for 3 weeks straight and still received no answer. The stove leaked gas into the kitchen, the furnace leaked carbon dioxide. It took 2 weeks for them to pick up the stove and an additional 3 weeks to return it. Maintenance almost never answers, and the guy that does show up as a fat, lazy asshole. If you work at Home Depot, you'll be fine, but otherwise, do not rent from these people.
