Mr. LeDonne should not be a landlord. He is basically a slumlord. He bought a property and failed to properly maintain it. He lacks follow through on his promises, fixes are not done correctly and two apartments lack fire escapes. He does not maintain his property and cares nothing about the people who rent from him.
