He could only be reached on his cell which e never answered. hassled you when you called about repairs, many of which did not get done. we were without heat many times over the winter, without a/c, and he would constantly come in and out of the apartment for roof repairs, stepping on our bed and inconveniencing us. the roof never did get fixed. he didnt do a lot of the major repairs until we moved out even though it was unlivable while we were there, and is trying to sue us now so he can buy a new air conditioner for the apartment we no longer live in! the guy likes to act like he is helping you out but turns around and acts psychotic when you try to move out.
