I rented off of him with my ex boyfriend or well he did and he said that i could be added to his lease and i thought he was nice. Man was i wrong. He took my ex to court because of backed up rent. He said that he never said that i could move in and that i had a week to get out. Now I was pregnant at the time and he would kick me out when i had no where else to go. Hes the biggest slumlord in chambersburg and he dosent take care of his apartments he kicks people out when they have no where else to live, don't ever rent off him. erin
