John is a slum-lord. John does not own the property at 2906 Glenmore Ave, it's owners are listed at a Florida address and he does not care about the property. He does not answer or return phone calls, he does not make repairs, he does not give notice of when he will be in the apartment, if he is in the apartment for something he will not clean-up after himself, apartments are not cleaned or maintained, he is rude, he does not scan or back-ground check tenants, and he is difficult to speak with. During my year lease he never once answered one of my maintainence request (torn screen, improperly installed window, cracked tub...).
