Slum Lord big time DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GUY!!!!! First off homless maintance guy was living in my bathroom after I secured the apt with 1st and last months rent plus sec. dep. I paid $1500 and did'nt move in till my lease @ my old apt was complete. Dude was living in my bathroom during that time... CREEPY DIRTY MAN! Then people up stairs moved out and half of my elec. went out till new tenants moved in. under code wiring, sewer backed up outside my front door it took months to clean up. construction scrap everywhere , old backyard pond with FLEA'S AND TICKS, nasty nasty nasty!!!!!!! Jim's wife is as mean a person you will ever meet. I can't say enough about this landlord do not rent from this guy you will be soory you did!

Jim is a great guy, always returning calls & fixing problems in a timely manner. The problem isn't Jim, but the maintenance staff he has working for him. They no-called-no-showed on me 3 times. But you have to tell that to Jim.
