Property is in terrible condition. Landlord, Jason Shroot, refuses to do any work to improve it. Instead, he lowers and lowers rent to find people. Those people later regret it when everything falls apart. Shroot will also treat you like dirt. He will speak with a pompous & conceited attitude. It's hard to believe his career is business where you have to interact with people/clients. It's no wonder he's gone from job to job to job. He can't seem to secure a job. Just google: jason shroot, and you can see for yourself. Be an informed renter! He is probably underwater on his mortgage which could be why he lowers rent rather than make improvements. Just avoid him and his properties. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
