EXTREMELY difficult to speak to, he has a hard time controlling his negative feelings.
I needed to bring him to court to get my security deposit back.

Jason Shroot is definitely a slumlord. refuses to fix anything, poor and nasty attitude. will not return your security deposit. avoid his properties. he posts on craigslist frequently. not a nice person to deal with!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID Jason Shroot!
