Houses have issues have some of the rowhouses infested with roaches, move people in the houses with infestation he tries to blame you for teh problems in the houses, He tries to act all smart an sweet talk you into trying to stay in his properties, He tries to say you owe him more money than what the amount really is. The other tenants in the rowhouses are triflin and you have drug and prosetution transactions goign on right outside and you have worry about kids climbing on the roof and hoping they don't go into the wrong windows. When you tell him about this he shums is off and he doesn't even pay his maintenace people for the work being done so we have to suffer with non of are work being done cause they wont do teh work cause they say they are not getting paid from the landlord. I suggest no one to rent from James Webb/Battle LLC he is a slum lord that lives in a nice ass home in Washington DC while some of the tenants like myself have to suffer with roaches, ceiling falling in and bad ass kids damaging up the property.
