THIS GUY IS A LOWLIFE!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE RENT OFF OF HIM!!!When our sewer backed up, he refused to fix it (told us to "move")- we were forced to live there for a month and a half till we got a new place (had to smell sewage and walk in it to get to our washer/dryer). Never reimbursed us for work that we did. Tried to say that we owed him an overinflated amount of back rent - took legal action against us. Then locked us out (without legal notice) and later threw out/and destroyed all of our possessions that were in the house when he locked us out (prior to even having legal possession!!).
