Jack was terrible. Super friendly guy, until we discovered that the furnace, central air, toilet needed fixed and the bathroom pipes leaked into the living room. We moved in early April and the furnace was out. Told us that the furnace would be a week or two until one og his "guys" could fix it. Told my wife that he would get her an electric blanket. Other than being sexist he is a real nice guy. Never stops by unless you call him - then he'll chat with you all day. Just don't count on something being fixed. Oh yeah - pipes were in the outside, uninsulated walls. The only thing better than not being able to get the house warmer than 40 degrees was not having running water in the bathroom.
