Harvey is the best landlord I've ever hard! Whenever there is a problem, no matter how small, he is always available and gets it fixed very quickly. Our building is always clean and well-maintained :))

Harvey was great. Was disabled when I lived there, disabled when I left, treated me with dignity and utmost respect. Very trustworthy. Building secure. Always knew where or how to contact him; response almost immediate. Lived at residence for over 4 years, if there weren't stairs I would have lived there longer. Very understanding of my situation. VERY REASONABLY PRICED! Only wish he would allow pets
