Greatest landlord hands down. He bought a burned up duplex and rented it to us in a span of 3 weeks. You NEVER would have know this place was burned to crisp (no sarcasm). He had all sorts of people working around the clock to get us in the apartment. Everyone here has seen Frosty, remember the island of misfit toys? It was kinda like that. Anyways, never had a single complaint with Harry. Sure he was little tuned up at times, but a real reasonable down to earth guy. Things were fixed timely, if needed. He wasn't nosy, he took care of apartments. You look up class act landlord in the dictionary and you'll see his picture, along with his posse. Check it on Wiki, under Harry Barnes. Forget Chuck Norris, Harry Barnes is the man!

Very friendly and available by phone call even when out of state. Had some problems with a worker of his in regards to fixing a leak in my ceiling which was never properly fixed. Also when I moved in I was told the kitchen cabinets would be replaced. He had me measure for new cabinets but continously ignored replacing them. Lived there for a year with cabinets with no doors. Other than that, a great small one bedroom apartment that was kept nice!
