Harold (Chuck) and his brother showed up all the time unannounced (just like the other reviewer said) and were complete assholes. I was living there as a sublet and he knew about it and tried to get a security deposit from me after seven months (out of nine!) that I lived there and would not sign any sort of agreement - he just wanted me to give him a check that he would never return!! I never did and he finally backed off after I threatened legal action. He made rude comments about me and my family, and for some reason thought he shouldn't have to replace carpeting or paint after renting an apartment to five male occupants for THREE YEARS. There were roach problems in the apartment, and not all of the smoke detectors worked properly. He would barge in at 7:30 in the morning with his power tools to renovate the apartment while we still lived there. Expected us to change our entire schedules so that he could work on the apartment. His actions were illegal and I would recommend that you stay far, far away from this man.

Chuck shows up unannounced both during the week and on weekends (early mornings on weekends). If we had people over the night before (in the case of a weekend) he complains about how the place is dirty, yet he shows up at 8AM in the morning. Dryer has been broken forever and has not been repaired despite multiple requests. He has been prompt and helpful with other repair requests however.
