Never cared about contacting us until we told them we were moving out once the lease was ending. After that, they were at the house almost every night showing it to prospective tenants. They would never show it while we weren't home; we had to wait around on evenings for them to be there since half the time they didn't even have a key to the place. Sometimes they would just show up unannounced to show the house, as well. The "maintenance" man was TERRIBLE. He smoked in the house, never returned calls, and did everything half-assed. Almost all of the electrical outlets in the main bedroom quit working in about February and were never repaired by the time we moved out in June. Guess he was "too busy" to fix them. The house was also filthy when we moved in. The Gundez family is interested in absolutely nothing but your money and could care less if you live or die while living in one of their disgusting properties. Stay far, far away!
