Do not rent from this woman. She is always broke, and has to rely on appliances from the projects that one of her nephews works at. She cannot afford anything, and anytime you call with a problem she crys about how broke she is. I had to take my security deposit back in payments, and didn't get it all back. She won't return my calls, and it turns out the person she hired to lay the kitchen floor didn't like to move things, because there was a hole bigger than the refrigerator which was suspended by a couple of 2x4's. Don't get me wrong this is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met, but when you go to the mailbox and see a sherrif's foreclosure notice you know its time to move.
