My wife and I have rented on Pearl St. from the DiMatteo's for some time. They are great landlords. The DiMatteo's buy somewhat distressed houses and make really nice places to live out of them - they really care about doing a great job and making their rentals livable. They also genuinely care about the neighborhood and helping to keep it a great place to live. If you have a chance to rent from Georgio and Sharon DiMatteo and you like the place they show you take it! The only reason my wife and I have decided to move is because of my wife's new job.
