Up front disclosure, I've known Gary Ward for 10 years and he asked me to come and write this as he was being "trashed" by one of his former tenants. I lived in his house on Robinhood for 6 months when I was getting divorced from my husband. I needed a place to live temporarily and he let me have a month to month lease. I don't think it was because we were friends, I think he only does it that way. Anyways the house was fine, too big for 1 person (lots of lawn to mow) Once my divorce was over I moved out of state. When I left (2009) he was working on the roof, replacing the chingles (sp?) All I know if that he was kind to me when I needed it.

All that can be said is steer clear. He blames the fact he has owned the property for 3 years and has not had a tenate for more than 6 months on 8 different families? I think not ... Not to mention he is ALWAYS around the property or has his mother in law SPY on you as she is in your back yard. His wife is a TOTAL bitch and has no perfossional manners what so ever. He is hot headed and seems to want things his way or no way. The house is NOT neatly refinished , it was as cheaply refinshed as possible and has seious ants everywhere. He is childish in everyway shape and form , and again his wife is bossy smart mouthed and RUDE. He will alow pets and then evict you for them, he dosent fix things in a timely manor and is eviction happy over ANY reason. GDW AKA Gary or Danielle Ward ... to me that means TROUBLE. again ifhe cant keep 1 tenate of 8 in 3 years my guess is , it is not one of the 8 its HIM . Good Luck and dont say you were not warned
