House not up to electrical code. Left tenets in the dark without heat for 21 days while he, "found an electrician he could work with". Eventually the city had to get involved. Showed no concern over tenets living in the dark without heat in the winter. He will answer the phone, but won't get anything done. Call the city hot line 311 when dealing with landlords like this.

Landlord is a JERK! Cheap skate! I had a toddler and was pregnant when our ceiling collapsed! HE ignored our phones calls until we nonstopped called when his wife answered his call phone and said shed "look" for him and he called back minutes later.Didnt bother to show up that night.Told us to clean up the wood work plaster dirt and WIRES(live ones!) and stay out of the room! What?Basically we force ably had him put us into a hotel where he didnt even want us to stay at for a second night when we had debris and no water in the apartment..Went home to a carpet he "shampooed" but we couldnt walk on without shoes bc our feet turned black!I had my baby and had to bring him into this and moved out 7 days later with the above floorboards still exposed.He said he "sured up" the problem.Many safety issues..Called building inspector,health department,and fire inspector.Tried to charge us $400 for a gas bill ion august when his balance was almost $4000 and he was trying to pay is off i guess.Rodents that he did not want to take of..said the house was old busy traps.O and he drunkenly did "repairs" himself or had his friends do them..He is a piece of trash.

Broken electrical outlets all over the house. House has rodent problems. Never will make repairs. Stated in lease that you must pay up to $75 for all repairs. Which means you have to repair everything. Broken windows in the bedrooms.
