Gail is a really good landlord. If something breaks in our house, she goes above and beyond to make sure it is fixed. Sometimes it takes a day or two, but in emergencies she was super prompt. Her only thing downfall is that she worries about renting to college students. For the first month she kept reminding of us about things around the house until she was she that we were responsible, and then she left us alone. Overall, A+.
