Wonderful residence, 5 units in a cute house near Ellsworth and Walnut. The price you pays is worth the convenience and ease of mind that they are professional and willing to help when they can. I had a number of requests, including mounting a heavy piece of art, changing a shower head, and installing a shelf, all done with 3 days. The only real qualm with maintenance was a flood we had in the spring, and the basement took on water, spreading some nasty dirt and stuff into the storage lockers and laundry equipment. The after hours service people were very rude and not helpful, but looking back, the flooding was very bad and I was lucky that the majority of my items in storage were undamaged. They promptly came the following day to clean the flooding. A very professional company with great locations, I would be happy to rent from Franklin West again.
