Out of the three bad landlords I've had, Mr. Rezzetano is by far the worst. You'll likely move into a house where entire rooms have no working outlets, rat droppings lay everywhere, keys don't match the locks, rooms smell like previous tenants' male cats, and the walls have grey and black spots everywhere due to mold and old hand prints. None of this would be a big deal if Mr. Rezzetano weren't a ghost. He will not fix anything at the tenant's request, even things that should have been resolved long before someone moves in. It's no wonder Councilman Jim Ferlo named him the "Slum Landlord of the Year" for 1989. Just search the Post-Gazette's online archive. He owned 27 properties at one time and can't even pay his taxes let alone maintain them. Grade: F
