This guy acts nonchalant about things and gives you the sense that everything will be taken care of. It won't be. He is rude and acts like he is doing you a favor by fixing a leaking pipe dripping from your bathroom ceiling through a hole that's 2 square feet big.
Don't rent with this guy. If you are foolish enough to, get everything in writing if he says he will repair something. Don't let him talk you out of writing it down!!
