Seem to respond to maintenance requests only when they are submitted via email or in writing. Evicted a tenant scant days before Christmas citing noise violations. Tenant had hosted a party (single offense with no warnings provided to tenant prior to tenant receiving eviction notice). Police were called but did not judge noise level high enough to issue citation. Apparently sparked by complaint from another tenant.
