Eric is the best landlord one can hope for. He is sometimes out of town, but is otherwise assiduous in keeping up with maintenance. He is super friendly and even helped us hang pictures and shelving when we moved in. He seems to try very hard to keep good tenants, meaning, good neighbors, for you!
