beware. He was a landlord of mine in the past on Mt. Washington. He and his family live in the building and all you hear in the early morning is them moving around above you and his wife's extremely annoying voice. They are also great at making you feel like you have privacy but are always "nosing around". I feel badly for whoever rents from them currently.
