I have been a tenant in this place for almost a year now. We had a problem with our hot water heater when we first moved in, and it was replaced within 2 weeks. The apartment was in excellent condition and very well maintained. At least once a month Mr. Zeliesko shows up personally to do some sort of maintenance or cleaning around the property, and I'm not exactly sure how often it occurs but a gentleman comes around and cleans the outside of the windows on the building. From a general personal laziness point of view, there was no snow removal during the winter... But that is my only complaint..

The short and sweet version is that he ignores ALL maintenance related issues- no matter how many requests for repairs you make to him. He EXPECTS you and also the people in your family to make the necessary repairs to the place without reimbursement and with any money for your time involved- as if YOU are the building owner.
