I had rented from Ed Rios about four years ago when I was pregnant.Moving in, the apartment was spotless, beautiful with a hot tub that was very well maintained.When we came to see the apartment for the 1st time and we walked in to see Ed Rios Vacuuming the apartment! No problems with the apartment or its other tenants. One time my power went out and Ed headed right over to switch the breaker(We didn't have access to it). Towards the end of my lease, with the new baby, We were having some financial problems. Ed acted as a compassionate HUMAN being and worked out the pass due rent so that we could pay it easily.The only reason we moved is cause we just couldn't afford the place anymore. I HAVE LOST CONTACT WITH ED RIOS BUT WOULD JUMP AT THE CHANCE TO RENT FROM HIM AGAIN!! Great man..
