Ed is a very chill and approachable guy. He's been renting for what seems like ages, and he has plenty of stories. Fair but firm on rules. He keeps the utilities in good repair, and everything is up to code, no complaints about safety or respect. He is allergic to cats, though, and no pets at all are allowed.
