We first discovered the wood roaches only a week after we first moved in. We hadn't brought them with us, but there they were...apparently coming in through the ceiling, no less! It took months of pestering the main office to get them taken care of, and we still find a dead one every once in a while. Other issues include the water damage by the sliding glass doors (reported and never fixed), the leaky pipe that sent nasty-colored water into our bathroom from the ceiling, and a horrible lack of communication from the main office. Our parking lot is one lane wide, with normal parking on one side, flanked with parallel parking on the other. The parking arrangements have led to quite a few dented side doors, and I don't dare parallel park anymore. The place is okay, but no longer worth the rent we're paying. We're moving out at the end of our lease, in August.
