Truly awful landlord - totally cheap, doesn't fix anything. When our stove broke, she was too cheap to pay for delivery and made us haul a new one up three flights of narrow stairs by ourselves. Roof leaked the entire time we were there, she refused to fix. Impossible to deal with, doesn't return phone calls. We had to threaten to sue her to get our deposit back, even though we actually improved her property from the condition it was in when we moved into the place. By far, she was the worst landlord I ever had in my 10 years of renting. Stay far, far away from Dodie Rhoades - total slumlord!!!
