I lived at this address 6 years ago and was sad to see that he is as terrible as ever. He once accused us of not paying rent when in fact his daughter took the rent check from the mail and cashed it without telling. (not a big deal just a phone call to the bank) The issue was the aggressive, rude manner he took with us. He accused us of having parties when it was the kids down the street and got into a full fledged screaming match with me and my stepfather. He also tried to not give us our rent deposit back and accused us of breaking things.

Dom is a horrible landlord. He attempted to fix a sewage leak in our basement himself, because it was on a weekend (a time when plummer's rates are high) and made it worse - After flooding the basement with sewage he LEFT IT.

He is by FAR the worst landlord EVER! This house is in such a state of disrepair, I still have no idea how we survived it for two years. He took forever to get anything fixed and many things never did get fixed. He lied to us and blamed us for things that were in no way our fault. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM HIM!!

This guy is a real treat... He blamed me and my roomates for things that never happened. He would never due any maintance... It's funny because when I was there my Dad had to replace some of the sewage lines that he said we clogged up, then after we fixed his old pipes, he tried to charge us for it... The best is his returning of the security deposit... He made up cleaning charges and damages totalling twice my security deposit of $1000 dollars, but did me the favor of just keeping the deposit and calling it even!!!! What a Guy!!!!! Be very careful renting from this guy, total SLUMLORD!!!!
