Dimitri would not return any phone calls from his tenants. Our roof was leaking water and tar into my roomates bedroom and he told her to cover it with rugs and then yelled at her for spending too much on the rugs! We eventually had to call the Health Inspector because things were so bad and the inspector came up with a huge list of problems with our house (including, but not limited to, an outdated furnace, no fire alarms upstairs, and a bedroom that is too small to be legally considered as a bedroom), so hopefully he'll be fined for his neglegance. DO NOT rent from this guy, he is the definition of a slumlord.

I just rented an apartment from Dimitrios and have had the best experience with his company. He is a good landlord and very easy to work with.

Amazing---he actually lives in the 3305 apartment that has a brand new kitchen, state of the art security system and central air-----that explains the 5 raiting. The other 2 units are the definition of slum--But I do have to say he was very friendly in the winter time especially since I paid to heat the hallway.

He promissed me a new bathroom. My bathroom has not been used in three weeks. The plumbing is old/never updated. I'm currently using the potty toilet/half shower in the basement. I am old and fragile. Demetri told me "You should pay for the repairs, you live there, not me". What should I do? His girlfriens, Joan and Bessy, who work for him, told me the same thing. I live in Pittsburgh, obaining my masters degree. I got stuck with paying someones heating bill. @273 monthly/budget. When I complained, Demetri and his girlfriend, Bessy, gave me a dirty look. When I complained again, they told me to deal with it or move out. My small apt is a rats nest. I'm taking them to the housing authority.

Oh God. I moved in and out within 37 days. I had to use a two gallon bucket to make sure the toilet worked. He told me, Oh well, you ruined my toilet, buy me a new one. What a slum lord!!! He even refused to give me back my deposit. Demetri, hope your toilet backs up, it should, you fat fuk.

Can I change any of the ratings to -1? Gosh this Dimitri guy sure is a creep. And His GF Bessy is a lewd bovine. I think if I lived in a cardboard box it would be better. Of course his kitchen is brand new over on Juliet st. My kitchen is like circa little house on the Prairie. He's a rich jerk--in his flashy mercedes-- he makes the payments by robbing students. I would just like to say, I wrote the initial review on here about Dimitri. After I did, he contacted my roommate and asked who had written it and to take it down (whatever, loser, deal with it). So he knows about the site and I would bet $100 he wrote any positive review on here! DO NOT RENT FROM HIM. HE'S A SLUM LORD. After we moved out of 357, there was a note from the health inspector on the door! I can't believe they let him rent out that place again.
