Maintenance is pretty quick and their office is located on-site. Usually they will get to you on the same day if you post a request in the morning. Our apartment is well heated and insulated--no problems with the cold. Some of the appliances are a little old, the pre-installed air conditioners are 20+ years old, however, I imagine if they stopped working properly, maintenance would order the parts and get it fixed as quickly as possible. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and I have no major gripe to complain about.
