This landlord is a complete nightmare to deal with. 1st it started with extremely noisy neighbors that were only noisy after hours starting at 12am every night til 6am when they actually went to bed.I must have complained about them over 10 times before anything was really done about it. The same tenants were very messy so their roaches spread to my apartment. When I told the landlord about this he handed me some roach bombs to bomb the apartment. The bombs did not work and when Dennis was made aware that it didn't work he just kept buying more roach bombs. I bombed the apartment four times.It got to the point where I had to report it to my county then they forced him to get an exterminator.Moved out and had to leave my furniture outside for a couple days while spraying it with pesticides before I could bring it into the new apartment.When moving out he tried charging me for days I was not living in the apartment till he got his next tenant to move in. We had a spoken agreement that I would leave the gas on for him to put in his name so his new tenant wouldn't have to pay a deposit to turn it on.He never followed through on it so right now Im dealing with a $2000 gas bill from the new tenants using it in my name.He never put it into his name.DO NOT TRUST THIS ONE!!If you must deal with him I recommend you read up on your tenant rights cause Dennis Nolt will most certainly try to take advantage of you.
