DO NOT RENT from these people (Debbie manages the property for her father, Eric Kline, who owns it). After living there and being a good tenant for over two years, some new people moved in downstairs who were smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their apartment, even after I asked them to stop. Not only did Debbie and Eric do nothing to stop them, they renewed their lease and then suggested that I was making it up, even after I offered to produce multiple witnesses! When I left, they only refunded my security deposit after I threatened to sue them (after the legal deadline of 30 days had passed).
