this man is a weirdO big time. he runs an orchard out of the basement of the home he rents at 136 graham drive. he fails to mention when you see the house that he is in every weekend thursday thru sunday and often times brings his wife and son and his sons friends who all look like drug addicts ! he advertises as a 3 bedroom 2 full bath finished basement home. he fails to disclose that HE lives in the BASEMENT part and you are NOT to use his bathroom. the so called family room where we had the mis fourtune of putting our chilrends toys computer etc ...is ALSO his sons bedroom when he comes into town. this man lives in maryland but as i mentioned is in town every weekend . even throug the winter months . there are no breaks for the utlities . he says he will help you out by taken a portion off the rent BUT he tries to pay you with APPLES and new to HIM no utlity company will accept APPLES as payment !!!! he uses your water to shower 2-3 times per day as does his wife son and sons friends youe electricty for heat in the winter and fans in the summer and your gas for hot water . he also waters the orchard and has strange people coming into your home to use the restroom. mainly mexicans who work the orchard !! stay far from this man he is old and a bastard .!
