They were only able to make small repairs. They didn't maintain the property and when the septic tank broke they drug us along until everyone in the house decided to call the county and boro to make them do something after almost a year of being broken. David got angry with us for calling and gave us a 10 day notice via phone to leave the property because he didn't have the money to fix the sanitary issue. His wife then called appoligized and gave us 30 days. If I knew it was going to be like this renting from them I would have never done so. Hope this helps someone else.
