David is a fantastic landlord! He's easy going, truly cares about his properties, and is an overall great guy and superior landlord. We always felt like if something needed done, he would take care of it immediately, not in 3 weeks or a month. It was easy to get a hold of him if we needed to and he was always really friendly.
