This guy seems friendly and cool the first time you meet him, but hes the exact opposite. If anything goes wrong with the place, he'll be sure to blame you. Also, if you try to have a party in this place like we did (once), he'll be sure to call the cops on you. He'll also give merely a fraction of your security deposit back.
